Kristina Filipović
In 2016, Kristina Filipović, president of the Management Board, completed her studies at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Zagreb, majoring in Financial and Business Mathematics at the Department of Mathematics, and obtained a master's degree in mathematics. In 2017, he went to Luxembourg for education on money market and money market instruments (ACI Dealing Certificate Preparation Course) organized by House of Training, ATTF Luxembourg and ACI Luxembourg. In 2022, he successfully passed the Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) exam organized by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
In 2016, she was employed by the Company as an intern in the Department for Control and Risk Management (Middle Office). From 2017 to 2020, she works as an employee in the Middle Office, when she becomes the manager of the Middle Office. Also, by moving to a management position, she becomes the holder of a key function - the function of risk management.
In 2022, in addition to the position of head of the Middle Office and holder of a key function, she will also become an advisor to the Company's management.
From March 2024, she worked in the Company as a member of the Company's management board, and in May 2025, she was appointed president of the Management Board.

Luka Pavlović
Luka Pavlović, a member of the Company's Management Board, graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka in 2016, majoring in Finance and Banking, and obtained a master's degree in economics. Prior to that, he spent a year on a student exchange at Humboldt University in Berlin, where he further honed his skills in corporate finance and asset management. He holds the HANFA certification for investment advisors. In 2021, he obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
He began his professional career in the finance and investment sector at Allianz Invest d.o.o. in 2016, working first as an analyst and subsequently as a portfolio manager in the front office; in 2023, he became a member of the Management Board of Allianz Invest. In 2024, he moved to Allianz Hrvatska d.d. to take on the role of Chief Investment Officer. He joined the Company in April 2025 and has served as a member of the Management Board since May 2025.
He began his professional career in the finance and investment sector at Allianz Invest d.o.o. in 2016, working first as an analyst and subsequently as a portfolio manager in the front office; in 2023, he became a member of the Management Board of Allianz Invest. In 2024, he moved to Allianz Hrvatska d.d. to take on the role of Chief Investment Officer. He joined the Company in April 2025 and has served as a member of the Management Board since May 2025.
